§ 3-7. Intoxicants or alcoholic beverages in commercial establishments permitting exposure of specified anatomical areas.

No person shall bring into or consume or allow to be brought into or allow to be consumed intoxicants or alcoholic beverages of any kind in any commercial establishment, or business, which suffers or permits any person to appear on the premises in such manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva, or genitals or any simulation thereof, nor suffers or permits any female to appear on the premises in such manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of her breast below the top of the areola or any simulation thereof.
