§ 3-6. Appearing on licensed premises in such attire as to expose certain specified anatomical areas.

  • (a)

    No person who has received a license under any ordinance of the city for the sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption including private licensed premises in such manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva, or genitals or any simulation thereof, nor suffer or permit any female to appear on the premises in such manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of her breast below the top of the areola or any simulation thereof.

    (b)

    The board of directors of the city may suspend for a period not to exceed six (6) months or revoke the license of any licensee violating this section after due notice to the licensee and an opportunity for the licensee to be heard.

    (c)

    When any license is revoked pursuant to the provisions of this section, no new license shall be issued to the same person within one (1) year of such revocation.
