§ 13-4. Amusement centers; hours of operation.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to open for operation or operate an amusement center-commercial (indoor), which is located in a residentially zoned area, prior to 9:00 a.m. on any day of the week; furthermore, it shall be unlawful for any person to open for operation or operate an amusement center-commercial (indoor), which is so located, beyond the hour of 11:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday or beyond the hour of 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday. Any person or entity determined to be guilty of such unlawful act shall be subject to the punishment set forth in section 1-9 of this Code.
