§ 13-3. False statements when obtaining garage sale permits.

It shall be unlawful for any person to provide a false statement as part of the process of obtaining a garage sale permit pursuant to the provisions of section 13-2 of this Code of Ordinances. Any person determined to have violated the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to punishment as set forth in section 1-9 of this Code of Ordinances.
