§ 6-238. Code adopted.

For the purpose of regulating plumbing and natural gas installations, that certain plumbing code known as the 2006 Arkansas State Plumbing Code and Fuel Gas Code, consisting of the 2006 Plumbing Code booklet and the separate 2006 Fuel Gas Code booklet, published by the Arkansas State Board of Health, including the provisions thereof regulating the installation of utility gas, of which code not less than three (3) copies have been and are now filed in the office of the city clerk, is hereby adopted as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the city.
