The electrical inspector and/or his assistants shall inspect all construction, installation,
repair, alteration and maintenance related to electric wiring, apparatus and fixtures
for compliance with this chapter and all regulations herein provided for and, when
such construction, installation, repair, alteration, or maintenance is found to comply
with the requirements of this chapter, shall issue his certificate of approval; provided,
however, that no certificate of approval shall be issued unless and until such construction,
installation, repair, alteration or maintenance is found to comply with the requirements
of this chapter.
