§ 6-76. Inspections.

  • The electrical inspector shall inspect all work for which a permit has been issued. The contractor shall notify the electrical inspector at such predetermined stages during the construction period when inspections are required. The electrical inspector shall make the required inspections as soon as possible after receipt of notice that the work is ready for inspection. The electrical inspector shall leave a notice or tag attached to the service entrance or branch cabinet stating whether the work is approved or is to be kept open for correction. No person shall cause such electrical work to be covered or concealed until such work has been approved.
