§ 25-195. Wastewater treatment committee.

(a)

Pursuant to legislation codified as A.C.A. § 14-235-206 (Supp. 1997), there is hereby appointed a wastewater treatment committee for the purpose of conducting and supervising the construction, acquisition, improvement, equipment, custody, operation, maintenance of any works for the collection, treatment or disposal of sewage and the collection of revenue for the services rendered by such works as shall be owned by the city.

(b)

The committee shall consist of the then current members of the governing body of the city.

(c)

The committee shall conduct its affairs as directed by legislation codified as A.C.A. § 14-235-206 and as further directed by ordinance or resolution of the governing body of the city.
