§ 25-194. Sewer connection charges.

(a)

New users of the system who tie on to a sewer improvement district now existing or hereafter created shall pay the connection charges or fees established for such district and will receive the same construction costs credits to the amount presently allowed.

(b)

Users or land developers who construct mains, submains and laterals at their own expense may connect to existing city-owned trunk lines and interceptor lines or mains after payment of the tie-on fee established by the board of directors.
