§ 13-67. Penalty.

Any person or entity violating the provisions of section 13-61 of this article and/or any person who makes a false affidavit or statement to the city as a part of the registration procedures shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to the general penalties as set out in section 1-9 of this Code. Additionally, any person who makes a false affidavit or statement to the city as part of the registration procedures shall cause the registration to be denied by the city administrator or the city administrator's designated agent.
