§ 13-61. Required.

Latest version.

Effective with the registration year commencing on April 1, 2018 (Municipal Code Section 13-65), it shall be unlawful for any person (as defined in Municipal Code section 13-62) to engage in, carry on or follow any trade, business, vocation, profession or calling within the city without first registering such activity with the city according to the procedures established by this section. Fees and penalties are established by Municipal Code section 13-69.
