§ 7-78. Meetings; quorum.

Meetings of the Oak Cemetery Commission shall be held as needed. The chairperson or any six (6) members of the commission may call a meeting after giving seven (7) or more days' notice of such meeting to all members. Six (6) members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
