§ 7-75. Termination; removal from office.

After a member of the Oak Cemetery Commission fails to attend three (3) consecutive meetings of the commission, unless excused by a vote of the commission, the individual's membership on the commission shall automatically terminate. A member of the commission may be removed for any reason by a two-thirds ( 2/3 ) vote of the board of directors.
