The original five (5) members of the Oak Cemetery Commission created by Resolution
No. 130-94 shall continue to serve. A sixth member will be appointed by the board
of directors. Members of the first Oak Cemetery Commission, established herein, will
serve one (1), two (2) and three (3) year terms with each year having two (2) available
slots. Commission members shall draw lots to determine their respective terms. The
results of such drawing shall be recorded in the minutes of the commission meeting
and notice thereof shall be provided to the city clerk. The initial appointment for
one new position added by Ord. No. 124-06 shall be for a term expiring November 30,
2008, and the other for a term expiring November 30, 2009. Terms of office shall thereafter
be for three (3) years. Vacancies for unexpired terms shall be filled for new members
in the same manner as for the original appointment.
