Oak Cemetery Commission, and the city and its directors, officers, agents and employees
shall have no liability for any loss or damage to the columbarium, niches, or the
cremated remains as a result of any human act or act of nature. No liability, whatsoever,
shall be incurred by the city or by any person acting on its behalf concerning the
columbarium.
