§ 7-26. Purpose.

In order to preserve and maintain uniformity, harmony and beauty at Oak Cemetery, and to safeguard each lot or grave with sanctity, the city serves the right to make all rules and regulations that it may deem necessary to protect and provide for the future welfare of Oak Cemetery.
