§ 5-29. Trespassing prohibited.

The presence of any persons or vehicles, except those engaged in aviation operations or in the maintenance and operation of the airport, on any part of the airport, except for those areas designated for public use, is hereby prohibited; and violators of this provision may be prosecuted for trespass, and in addition the presence of any person in violation of the foregoing shall be a misdemeanor.
