§ 5-27. Rules and regulations.

The city administrator, subject to the approval of the board of directors, may make and promulgate such rules and regulations governing the operations of aircraft from the municipal airport, the use of the facilities and grounds of the municipal airport, and the operations of fixed-base operators, copies of which shall be kept on file in the offices of the city clerk and the airport manager. Violation of such rules and regulations shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-9 of this Code.
