§ 4-96. Permanent location required.

No person or entity shall sell, trade, offer as gift or give away any animal at any location in the corporate city limits of the city except from a permanent physical location owned or rented by such person or entity. Any such activity shall be subject to applicable zoning and licensing provisions of the Code of Ordinances.
