§ 4-64. Visiting dogs and cats.

Every person visiting the city for a period of thirty (30) days or less shall be deemed in compliance with section 4-63, providing that a current and valid certificate of antirabic vaccination is furnished upon request by an animal control officer or law enforcement officer; otherwise, the animal must receive an inoculation by a licensed veterinarian.

Every animal within the city limits for more than thirty (30) days is considered relocated to the city and its owners must comply with all animal care and control ordinances of the city of Fort Smith.
