§ 4-11. Licensing of venomous reptiles.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to keep any venomous reptiles within the corporate city limits without proper licensing; licensing will be free of charge. Licenses must be kept up-to-date and must contain:
(1)

A list of what species are owned,

(2)

How many of each species are owned,

(3)

Owner name and address, and

(4)

A valid address which must be updated within ten (10) business days of any change in dwelling.
