§ 3-33. Storing, transporting or selling at wholesale.

  • Every person in the city engaged in the business of storing, transporting and selling spirituous, vinous or malt liquors at wholesale shall pay an annual permit fee to the city as provided by state law for each separate and distinct establishment, it being provided, however, that this section shall not apply to residents of the state who store, transport and sell at wholesale wine manufactured by them in this state. Provided, that no person holding a distiller's or rectifier's permit from the state shall be required to pay the annual permit fee herein provided for in order to sell at wholesale spirituous or vinous liquors.
