§ 3-31. Manufacturers, rectifiers, etc.

(a)

Every person in the city engaged in manufacturing spirituous liquors or malt liquors shall pay an annual permit fee to the city as provided by state law.

(b)

Every person in the city engaged in the manufacture of vinous liquors shall pay an annual permit fee to the city as provided by state law.

(c)

Every person in the city engaged in the business of rectifying, blending or flavoring spirituous liquors shall pay an annual permit fee to the city as provided by state law.
