§ 3-3. Sunday sale of wine, beer.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any wine or beer on Sunday.

(b)

Sections 3-1 and 3-2 do not apply to this section.

(c)

Any person violating this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
