§ 27-104. Jurisdiction.

A.

The Unified Development Ordinance applies to all lands within the corporate limits of Fort Smith, Arkansas, as the same now or hereafter are set.

B.

Portions of these regulations, as specifically identified herein, are applicable to all lands within the City of Fort Smith's extraterritorial jurisdiction and planning area.

C.

These regulations are not applicable to land and development owned and operated by the City of Fort Smith.
