Should the sanitation service provided for herein be extended to include owners, occupants,
tenants or lessees of residences, commercial, public or private institutions, business
establishments and any other buildings or structures occupied and/or used for any
other purpose not herein stated, and located outside the corporate limits of the city,
such service shall be subject to all the provisions of this article and such service
shall be provided at the monthly charges established by the city.
