§ 25-121. Service branches—Generally.

Service branches shall be constructed at the owner's expense. When application for service has been made, a representative of the water department shall determine the feasibility of such connection and, if feasible, an order and permit shall be issued for a tap into the nearest adequate source of supply of water. Materials and workmanship shall conform in all respects to the provisions of ordinances of the city affecting plumbing, the state plumbing code and city plumbing code.
