§ 25-70. Rye Hill elevated service plane.

(a)

The Rye Hill elevated service plane is hereby established with boundaries as described as follows:

Part of sections 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26, Township 7 North, Range 32W, and part of sections 18, 19, 20, 29 and 30, Township 7 North, Range 31W, Sebastian County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the southwest corner of section 26-T7N-R32W for the point of beginning; thence east to the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 25-T7N-R32W; thence north to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said section 25; thence east across the center of said section 25 and section 30-T7N-R31W to the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 29-T7N-R31W; thence north to the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 20-T7N-R31W; thence west to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 18-T7N-R31W; thence north to the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 18; thence west to the northwest corner of section 13-T7N-R32W; thence south to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 14-T7N-R32W; thence west to easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Hwy. 71; thence northwesterly along said right of way line to a point where said right-of-way line intersects the south line of the northwest quarter of section 14-T7N-R32W; thence west to the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 15-T7N-R32W; thence southwesterly to the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 15; thence south to the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of said section 15; thence west to the southwest corner of said section 15, also described as the northwest corner of section 22-T7N-R32W; thence south to the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said section 22; thence east to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 22; thence south to the southwest corner of section 26-T7N-R32W and the point of beginning.

(b)

Any user who is located within the Rye Hill elevated service plane and who connects to water system improvements constructed for the purpose of providing water service from the Rye Hill elevated service plane and which are operated by the city shall be charged a connection fee for each connection to the water system in accordance with the following schedule:

Unmetered fire lines	1,795.00

 

Said connection fee shall be in addition to any other established fees or charges for establishing water service from the city.
