§ 24-154. Waiving of parking meter fees.

Parking meter fees shall be waived for any vehicle displaying a disabled veteran license or the special decal or special certificate issued by the Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicle Registration or issued by a corresponding agency of another state, and which vehicle is being used at that time for the actual transporting of a person with a disability.
