§ 24-152. Violations; duty of police.

It shall be the duty of traffic officers so instructed to take the parking meter number and the state or city vehicle tag number, or both, of all persons violating the provisions of this division and make complaint therefor or notify such car owner to appear at a certain date and hour in municipal court to answer the charge of the violation.
