§ 24-106. Handicapped parking—Behind Garrison Building.

  • No person shall park a vehicle at any time in parking spaces behind the 616 Garrison Building which are so marked or signed as being reserved for physically disabled persons, unless a special license decal issued by the state office of motor vehicle registration, or corresponding agency of another state, is displayed on the vehicle's license plate or unless a disabled veteran's license plate issued by the state office of motor vehicle registration, or corresponding agency of another state, is affixed to that person's vehicle. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined, upon conviction, in an amount as set forth in A.C.A. § 27-15-305, or in the event of the inapplicability of such penalty section, in an amount established by section 1-9 of this Code.
