§ 24-70. Barriers.

It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle over any street, highway or boulevard where there is a barrier, person, or sign warning not to cross, and it shall be unlawful to so barricade a street, highway or boulevard without authority from the chief of police, upon notice to the fire department.
