§ 24-9. Avoiding arrest.

It shall be unlawful for any person to flee, elude or otherwise attempt to avoid in any manner, including the turning off of lights on a motor vehicle, any officer authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter for the purpose of avoiding arrest or identification.
