§ 22-148. Proportion of total costs attributable to city; to subject property.
Latest version.
Of the total street development cost, the city shall bear the burden of a portion
of the same with reference to arterial and collector streets which shall not be recouped
from property subject to the participation program. For collector streets, the city's
portion shall be thirty-four (34) percent of the total street development cost and,
for arterial streets, the city's portion shall be fifty (50) percent of the total
street development cost. The portion of the total street development cost attributable
to the properties subject to the program is determined to be fifty (50) percent for
collector streets, sixty-six (66) percent for arterial streets, and one hundred (100)
percent for local streets.
