§ 19-36. Rules, regulations.

  • The planning commission shall, as soon as practical, adopt rules and regulations for the discharge of its duties and the transaction of its business. Such rules shall provide for the following subjects and may provide for any other item relating to the commission's duties and business:

    (1)

    The keeping of a public record of all business, resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations of the planning commission and the board of adjustment.

    (2)

    The number and title of any officers of the commission in addition to the chairman and vice-chairman, and the duties and terms of office of such officers, including the chairman and vice-chairman.

    (3)

    Regular meeting dates shall be established, provided that at least one (1) regular meeting shall be held each calendar month.
