§ 19-27. Composition.

The planning commission shall consist of nine (9) members who shall be qualified electors of the city and owners of or tenants in real property located in the city, and at least two-thirds ( 2/3 ) of whom shall not hold any other municipal office or appointment except as a member of the board of adjustment or a joint planning agency.
