§ 18-128. Terms, filling vacancies.

The original five (5) members of the civic center commission shall be appointed to terms of one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4) and five (5) years so that one (1) commissioner's term will expire each year. Terms of office thereafter shall be for five (5) years. The two additional members of the civic center commission shall be appointed to terms of five (5) years. All vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired terms of the member whose office is vacant in the same manner as such member received the original appointment.
