§ 18-75. Handguns and other firearms.

Latest version.

No person, including anyone holding a permit to carry a concealed handgun, shall carry or possess a handgun or any other firearm in any city park. This restriction shall not apply to certified law enforcement officers as defined in A.C.A. § 12-9-102.
