§ 18-68. Hours; park curfew.

(a)

No park activity will be permitted, without prior written authorization issued by the city administrator, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except as set forth in subsection (b).

(b)

The park closure hours established in (a) above shall not apply to persons fishing and persons using the boat ramp to load and unload boats at the Fort Smith Park.
