The use of motorized vehicles including, but not limited to cycles, scooters, or 4-wheelers
on any park area or on the trails system other than paved public traffic ways is expressly
prohibited. The prohibition shall not apply to individuals restricted to the use of
motorized wheelchairs, public work vehicles or emergency responders.
