§ 16-75. Board of adjustments and appeals.

All references to the board of adjustments and appeals in this article are intended to be, and shall be construed to be, references to the board of adjustments and appeals provided for in the edition of the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code, Volumes I, II and III in force in the city as currently adopted by the city.
