§ 15-2. Fee for contempt, failure to appear warrants.

(a)

Pursuant to A.C.A. § 14-15-202, there is hereby authorized the imposition of a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the delivery of each warrant issued by the municipal judge for contempt and for failure to appear.

(b)

The fee imposed by this section shall be collected by the municipal court and paid into the city's general fund to support the expenses of the police department.
