§ 14-31. Indoor shooting galleries; supervision required.

(a)

No person shall operate or maintain an indoor shooting gallery where firearms are discharged except under the personal and direct supervision of a qualified firearms instructor who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

(b)

No person shall operate or maintain an indoor shooting gallery where archery, air rifles, air pistols, or paintball guns are operated except under the personal and direct supervision of a person at least 18 years of age.
