§ 13-207. Penalties.

Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-9 of this Code. The penalty for violating the provisions of section 13-209 shall be that penalty set forth in A.C.A. § 4-89-104.
