Any person engaging in the business of service as a pawnbroker and making application
to the city for an occupation license shall file a notarized statement taken under
oath with the city office issuing such license as follows:
Applicant for occupation license as identified below hereby states, after first being
duly sworn, that neither the applicant nor any employee, agent or servant of the applicant
who in any instance engages in the business of being a "pawnbroker" is a convicted
felon.
