§ 13-124. Use of fund.

Latest version.

All funds credited to the advertising and promotion fund shall be used for advertising and promoting the city and its environs and for any other purpose, and according to the procedures, permitted by A.C.A. tit. 26, ch. 75, subch. 6 [§ 26-75-601 et seq.].
