§ 13-69. Fees and additional penalties.

Each registering person shall be charged an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). The registration fee shall be waived for the first year of application for any person who had not previously engaged in, carried on or followed any trade, business, vocation, profession or calling in the city. A penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for any registration not completed within the required thirty-day period but within thirty (30) days thereof, and a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged for any registration not completed until after sixty (60) days from the times established by Municipal Code section 13-65.
