§ 11-36. Floodplain administrator—Designation.

The city administrator, or his designated agent, is hereby appointed the floodplain administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR (National Flood Insurance Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management.
