§ 10-5. Authorization for fire department to provide firefighting machinery and equipment with the necessary firefighters to operate it to combat fires beyond the corporate limits of the city.

The fire department may provide firefighting machinery and equipment, with the necessary firefighters to operate it, to combat fires beyond the corporate limits of the city, pursuant to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of any firefighting contract or mutual aid agreement approved by the board of directors.
